Sound, Light & Dance
Illumination of a very nice church in Marne, Northern Germany, equipped with a georgeous organ that was masterfully played by Peter Heeren to create the audible part of the event “Sound, Light & Dance” in November 2014. Awsome acoustics!
And then there was famous percussionist and traditional dance artist Lin Chen, who performed amazing and incredibly smooth and elegant movements to the sound of the organ, it was mezmerising. I later learned that both the organ player and the dancer were vamping to each other – which made it even more amazing to me! Unfortunately, no live recording exists…
